STEP IN TO  THE  FUTURE  OF  ILLUMINATION

LED bulbs are the most modern, robust energy efficient and environmentally friendly lighting technology on the market today. They have made a mark in the bulb industry for their energy efficiency and money saving qualities.  They have been extensively used because of their modern look and appeal and their minimal power consumption. They have truly made a mark in the lighting industry for their energy conservation and money saving ability.

How  long will  a  LED  bulb  last?

Many LED's have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. This is approximately 50 times longer than incandescent, 20-25 times longer than halogen, and 8-10 times longer than a CFL.  The LED is the clear winner!

Estimated Energy Cost for LED Bulbs

Operating costs @3 hours per day and 11 cents per kilowatt hour:
1.  7.5 watt LED=$.90 cents
2.  13 watt CFL=$1.57

How Bright is a 7.5 Watt LED Bulb?
Higher lumens means more bright light:
1.  A 7.5 watt (40 watt standard incandescent equivalent) LED produces 450 lumens
2.  A 13 watt (60 watt standard incandescent equivalent) CFL produces 900 lumens
3.  A 60 watt standard  soft white incandescent produces 840 lumens

When purchasing light bulbs for your business, what you want to consider is the number of lumens in comparison to the watts. Energy efficiency would be improved with more lumens and fewer watts. Another thing to consider is the amount of lighting needed for peak performance for your business.
